PET Dispensing System
 
Designed to reduce the dose rate to the operator, this unique designed Dispensing System is comprised of a Transport Case, Vial Holder and Base, and a Syriporter.

A] Transport Case
 
Cut to size foam gives ultimate protection to the Vial Holder and Handle. Molded of one-piece tough impact plastic.

B] Vial Holder and Base
The Vial Holder and the Base allows the Vial Holder to rotate for easy access.
 
C] Syriporter
The Syriporter is a 5cc tungsten syringe shield transporter on wheels allowing the operator to move easy and safely from the PET facility to the patient.

PET Workstation

Features a left to right work-flow concept from dose draw-up, measure, to waste disposal. A Stainless steel top surface with splash lips offers a recessed hole for isotope calibrator with steel lid. The PET Bench is mounted on wheels for ease of installation.

FDG Syringe Shield

This tungsten syringe shield features a sliding shielded cover to increase the operators protection from exposure of high level radiation.

  • 0.23" thick tungsten body
  • Interior is lined with plastic to stop beta rays and avoid errant Berms strahlung
  • Outside is lined with a sliding tungsten cover with 0.01" lateral thickness and 0.35" thickness on the piston side
  • Two fast hook and release systems for the syringe piston
  • A security button to lock position
  • One shaped shield in front to limit scatter radiation

High Energy Syringe Shield

New Design Tungsten Syringe Shield

Syringe lock and release buttons makes this syringe shield easy to use. The lead glass viewing window gives an undistorted view of the syringe contents. The beveled needle end allows closer placement of the needle to the arm allowing more accurate injection. Thus reducing the risk of leakage on the patient and operator.

Tungsten Syringe Shield

Easy to handle tungsten syringe holder is tapered at the needle end to provide maximum venipuncture accuracy. The lead glass viewing panel is 5.2 density. The inside of the shield is coated white allowing easy reading of syringe contents.

Leaded Glass Vial Shields

Offers maximum visibility and ease of use, while giving the optimum isotope storage with minimum exposure to the operator. The specially designed double top system permits insertion of the needle through a shielded inner top, getting rid of unnecessary exposure. *Various models available to accommodate mother solutions from different types of Tc99 generators.
