To use, a physicist simply applies the pre-calibrated dosimeters, treats the patient, then slides the dosimeter into the reader for an immediate display. The reader
automatically provides a permanent record of dosage, time, and date with minimal data entry. When finished, discard the dosimeter, or attach it to the patient's chart. |
