Bind-It Decontamination Fluid has a unique affinity for I123/I125/I126/I131. This strong ionic attraction binds the iodine and suspends it in solution so
that when combined with water it becomes a sudsing cleaner that "lifts" laboratory dirt and residual iodine off surfaces so it can be easily wiped away. Bind-It Decontamination Fluid also contains antibacterial properties for further laboratory safety. Bind-It Decontamination Fluid is safe for use on delicate gamma counter detectors, gamma camera heads and thyroid uptake probes. Bind-It is available in a convenient 16 fluid ounce size. When diluted it makes 2.5 gallons of cleaner. |
