Universal stepping and stabilizing system for prostate seed implantation.

The AccuSeed system was designed by Tayman Medical in conjunction with physicians who have been implanting radiation seeds in the prostate for the past 10 years. This system was optimized to improve seed placement, save time, and be easy to use.

The independent axis controls dramatically reduce the time needed to reproduce the volume study images at the time of implant. The unique “Open Track” grid provides the controls to precisely calibrate the AccuSeed with the ultrasound equipment, which facilitates precise needle placement every time.

Most importantly, the system is convenient and universal, giving the physician the ability to perform volume studies outside of the operating room – saving time and money. Plus, the AccuSeed can be used with any table or in any examination room. Finally, the foot-controlled stand ensures stability during implant, and is easily wheeled out of the way for the post-implant cystoscopy.

Table mount option
A table mount is available for the AccuSeed system. This lightweight, easy-to-use option provides complete stability and free-floating gross positioning. The width is adjustable for use on cystoscopy tables. Plus, this revolutionary design eliminates controlling arms and clamps that interfere with implant working space.

Floor Stand Model
On the floor stand model, the foot control ensures stability during implant, and is easily wheeled out of the way for the post-implant cystoscopy.
