 The MED-TEC Belly Board™ is a lightweight and convenient accessory designed to get the abdominal area of the patient out of the treatment field during simulation and treatment.
It is made of 3"-thick foam covered in washable vinyl. The center features a 30cm x 30cm cutout area with a removable foam block that can be cut to fit a patient’s anatomy, then easily replaced with a new block for the next patient. The cutout area corresponds with the treatment window of our HipFix pelvic board. If using a two-part foam positioning mold, the hardened foam mold can be cut to create an opening over the belly board cutout.
Used with the HipFix® system, the Belly Board will provide superior fixation and reproducible positioning for prone hip and pelvic treatments.
The belly board measures 62" long.
