MIRegister™
What is it

MIRegister is a clinical application for the software registration of separately acquired scans on the same subject. The MIRegister application is based on a normalized mutual information (NMI) algorithm which makes it compatible with data from CT, MR, PET, and SPECT in any combination. Since the underlying algorithms are generic and do not rely on anatomical landmarks, the program can be used for applications in Oncology, Neurology, as well as Cardiology.

Who is it for
  • Sites with a dedicated PET scanner that want to offer Fusion Imaging without the investment in a combined PET/CT scanner
  • Sites that want to fuse functional data (NM) with MR
  • Sites that need a solution to track multiple PET scans on a subject over time

Top-5 Reasons to use MIRegister

  • Robut, automatic algorithm
  • Applicable for all organs
  • Compatible with MR, CT, PET, and SPECT images
  • Fast and easy to use
