| The Combifix is a device that combines the Feetfix and the Kneefix. It is recommended that both cushions are used in combination as each cushion enhances
the performance of the other, especially when treating in the pelvic area. For this application Sinmed has developed the Combifix. The Combifix is a baseplate that can be attached to the couchtop and on which a Kneefix can be placed, eventually combined with Kneefix elevation blocks. Using the Feetfix couch support, the Feetfix can be positioned onto the Combifix at indexed positions. By positioning the lower extremities, the use of this device will result in a reproducible patient set-up in the pelvic area. |
