In a clinical setting, the Sag (mm) and Tilt (degrees) of the Mastercouch surface have been measured*.
The results are shown in the graphs above.
  • Measurements are made on the centre line of the couch top under the isocentre.
  • Couch top position is adjusted from retracted to maximal extended in steps of 100 mm between measurements.
  • The loads of 75 kgs and 120 kgs are distributed over 180 cm to simulate the patient.
