| The Unicouch is a carbon fiber couch top with optimized dosimetric properties that can easily be mounted onto the pedestal of linear accelerators or simulators. Unlike
standard treatment couch tops, the Unicouch only contains metal parts at the top end where the extension plate is mounted. Existing accessories are easily indexed onto
the couch top using the indexing pivots alongside the couch. These pivots correspond with the ones on our Mastercouch and
carbon fiber CT couch tops. This provides an identical patient set up throughout the total course of treatment. A traditional accessory rail
is mounted along the pedestal section of the couch.
The latest carbon fiber manufacturing techniques are used, setting new industry standards for dosimetric and mechanical properties of treatment couch tops. |
