  • Sinmed offers two carbon fiber elevation blocks and several wedges for additional versatility with the Posifix baseplates.
  • The blocks are used to lift the head in the cushion area and are excellent for patients with kyphosis because the extreme spinal curvature does not allow them to lay flat.
  • The carbon fiber wedge has a 7 degree angle and can be used for extreme extension of the neck.
  • The wedge as well as the blocks accommodate the head cushions and fit into the cushion recess in the baseplates.
  • Wedges of 5, 10 and 15 degrees are also available.
