• The Sinmed Prone head support is an addition to the range of 3-D shaped polyethylene head supports and can be used on all Posifix baseplates.
• It is specially designed for treatment of e.g. cranial lymphatic nodes or brain tumours with the patient in prone position. The 3-D shaped contour supports chin and forehead and therefore creates a reproducible and comfortable position.
• A smaller version is available for pediatric patients. Combined with the Positilt, six different extension positions of the head can be setup.
