For monitors and film viewing boxes

Simultaneous measurements of:
Luminance (cd/m2)
Illuminance (lux)
Ratio (lum./illum.)

Unfors Light-O-Meter P11p is a perfectly simple, multi-function pocket sized instrument for Quality Assurance of image workstation monitors, image intensifier monitors, film viewing boxes, ambient light, collimator light field, etc in radiology departments.

A microprocessor controlled detector for illuminance is mounted in the durable housing while the luminance detector is mounted on a cable. The multi-channel design enables simultaneous measurements of luminance (cd/m2), illuminance (lux) and the ratio thereof. Simply touch the Parameter button to scroll between the readings. The Unfors Light-O-Meter P11p is autoranging and has a built-in zero adjustment for maximum ease of use. With the unique ratio (lum./illum.) parameter, the user can determine a relative number, ideal for monitor adjustment in specific lighting environments.

The advanced Pro version feature relative measurements, hold function, peak values, mean value and standard deviation of 3 or 5 measurements (for lightboxes). The Pro version also include a memory for 100 luminance measurements with IR output to the (optional) Unfors DAQ-10 add-in software for Excel for further reporting of SMPTE test images etc.

Internal Detector: lux External Detector: cd/m2 Simultaneous Calculation: lum./illum. IR Link & SMPTE

Specifications:
IR Link Equipped with an infrared interface for transmission of measured data to a PC. The IR receiver connected to the serial port of a PC, receives the measured data. For data collection and calculations, the Unfors Excel Add-in software is available for user customized reports.
cd/m2 Luminance: 0,01-7000 cd/m2 [nit] (1s average) CIE spectral response
Inaccuracy: 3 % standard light A, 1 digit or 0,2 cd/m2
lux Illuminance 0,01 - 7000 lux (1 s average) CIE spectral response
